Canino Inferior Retenido

Paciente Femenina de  asintomática, portadora de aparatología ortodoncia, la cual al examen radiológico presenta canino inferior derecho retenido y terceros molares no erupcionados.




Se realiza incision en fondo de surco vestibular:



Luego de la ostectomia  se realiza odontoseccion:



Extracción de la corona:



Extirpación del resto del saco pericoronario:



Extracción de la raíz: 



Lecho quirúrgico:
